-
- MORE HELP
-
- The Start Time must be in the format of the 24-hour clock such ì
- as 07:00 for 7 a.m. and 13:30 for 1:30 p.m. You should enter a ì

- EDIT TEE-TIMES
-
- To edit Tee-Times simply type over the old time with your new ì
- time. The time must be entered in the 24-hour clock format. That means ì
- your times must range from 00:01 on up to 24:00. Realistically though, ì
- your times will probably start in the morning at about 06:00 (6 a.m.) ì
- and end no usually later than mid-afternoon; around 14:00 (2 P.M.). ì
- Invalid times will not be accepted. To designate a Tee-Time as a ì
- Starter's time, type an 'S' in the space following that time. Then ì

-
- ~SHOTTIME~
-
- SET SHOTGUN TEE-TIMES
-
- This routine allows you to set the Tee-Times for the Shotgun ì
- method of play.
-
- Here you need to enter the Start Time, the Number of Groups Per ì
- Hole teeing-off and the Total Number of Holes to be used. The RTO system ì
- will fill out the slots to complete a Shotgun Start.
-
- You may, after this step, use the Update/View Tee-Times main ì
- menu selection to 'fine tune' your Shotgun Start by adding or ì
- subtracting one or more groups on any particular hole. Note that the ì
- number following the times on the Update/View Tee-Times main menu ì
- selection represents the number of groups that will tee-off on that ì
- hole.
-
- To complete a Shotgun pairings list, you must make an additional ì
- adjustment to the Pairings List Setup. Do this by setting up the ì
- pairings list with a 'N' in both the 1st and 10th hole starts positions. ì
-
- Also note, that more than 18 holes may be utilized but holes ì
- over 18 will be shown as 19, 20 etc. Two or more sets of Shotgun Starts ì
- can be generated by manually changing the individual Tee-Times to a ì
- later time for the second set of Shotgun Starts. Since the additional ì
- holes will start from 19, caution should be taken when using the ì
- pairings lists in these circumstances.

- SET PAIRINGS CONFIGURATION
-
- This routine is used to set the criteria for building the ì
- Pairings Lists.
-
- First, use the left and right <Arrow> keys to choose the day ì

- need to fill in the total number of players to be included in the ì
- Pairings List or, in days following Day 1, the cut off and ties. The ì
- next step is to decide the number of players per group (foursomes, etc.) ì
- desired. Then decide if you'll have groups tee-ing off on the first ì
- hole, tenth hole or both.
-
- SHOTGUN PAIRINGS
-
- If you are intending to set up a Pairings List for a Shotgun ì
- Start, indicate this by answering 'N' to both 1st. hole and 10th. hole ì
- starts. All other criteria will remain the same as is for Non-Shotgun ì
- type starts. If you use in excess of 18 holes in your Shotgun ì
- Tournament, holes over 18 on the Pairings List will be indicated as 19, ì
- 20 and so on.

- the previous day's game. Or, you may wish to exclude players designated ì
- as canceled, not active, disqualified or withdrawn. This is indicated ì
- by a C, N, Q or W respectively, in the 'Active' spot on the Update/View ì
